Sometimes when a challenge or problem forms part of our daily life, it becomes difficult to see it differently. We end up stuck in a cycle of looking for solutions within the problem and never really get anywhere.
Organisations collaborated on a discussion document to submit to the Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (DPME) for the published International Migration Green Paper. The aim of this collaboration was to provide a unified voice on what the issues and solutions civil society has in regard to the aforementioned pieces of legislation.
The Innovation Showcase was more than just a gathering of 350 Activators from across the country. It was also an opportunity to plan a course of tangible action around pertinent issues that the network can put its weight behind for this year.
